A $250.00 refundable security deposit is required on all summer rentals.
If you rent 2 weeks or more you will get a discount the more weeks you rent the bigger the discount!!!!
To reserve a week a 50% deposit is required, the remaining 50% and security deposit is required before check-in.
Method of payments: The first 50% can be paid with a personal check, money order, certified check, bank check, cash or Paypal. The remaining 50% and security deposit must be in the form of a certified check, bank check, money order or cash, sorry no personal checks. If you would like to pay with Paypal please let me know so that I can send you an invoice.
If you would like to view house in person it is available on Saturday's between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm please call or email before doing so.
